Meet the Experts Behind TLM
Hey! We’re Noel and Rod, co-owners and founders of Transformation Land Management (TLM). We started this business from the ground up in December 2024, with a heart to see properties transformed sustainably and responsibly.
Sure, construction companies are great at tearing up land, but do they know how to lay down the groundwork for thriving ecosystems and functional properties?
That’s where we come in.
We’re experts in wildlife patterns, forestry, topography, and much more. We know the land and how to attract and support plants and animals, create trails, and support food plots that you and your family can enjoy all year round.
As landowners, hunters, and hobby enthusiasts ourselves, we understand the intrinsic desire to care for and make the most of your property—and we’re here to help you do just that.
NOEL'S STORY
Noel is, above all, an unapologetic follower of Jesus. He cherishes his role as Sue’s husband and as a father to their three children: son Alex (wife Ashley), son Chris (wife Emily), and daughter Emily. His most treasured title, however, is “Pops,” proudly bestowed upon him by his grandkids Korra, Ava, Liam, and Rowyn.
In his spare time, Noel enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and being a certified scuba instructor. He also enjoys hunting deer, ducks, and turkeys in the Midwest and elk, mule deer, and antelope out West. His deep affinity for the mountains was sparked during his time with the US Forest Service in northern Idaho. To this day, he eagerly anticipates every opportunity to explore the mountains of Colorado, Idaho, and Montana. Back home in MN, he enjoys spending time on his properties, enhancing the habitat for wildlife with forestry practices and food source management. He is committed to being a responsible steward of the land, passionately dedicated to conserving the wildlife that calls it home.
ROD'S STORY
Rod’s faith in Jesus Christ is what keeps him grounded and motivated to live a life of integrity.
His interest in Agriculture began on the family dairy farm. He graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Ag in 1977, acquired his auctioneer license in 1982 and his real estate license in 1987. He is broker co-owner of RE/MAX Heritage, Fond du Lac, WI and RE/MAX On The Water, Oshkosh, WI. Rod has enjoyed a lifetime of sales specializing in residential, farmland, hobby farms as well as investment and development properties.
He lives on a small property, Honey Rock Farms, where his interests include learning new things and spending time with his wife, Linda, their four married daughters and their families.
