What We Do

What Is Transformation Land Management?

Transformation Land Management (TLM) is a property service that takes underutilized or overgrown land, and turns it into functional space where you can enjoy hobbies and wildlife. Here at TLM, we specialize in property clearing and restoration, forestry and habitat management, hunting land improvement, brush clearing services, and more.

We like to transform properties in this order:

Land Clearing → Grubbing (root removal) → Soil Treatment → Planting → Ongoing Maintenance

Want to learn more about our services? Here’s the specifics about what we do:

SINGLE SERVICE

Our single services provide the specific TLM care you need at cost value. We offer single services to meet you and your property where you are:

LAND CONSULTATION

We provide professional land consultation services and recommendations for your property.

TRANSFORM PACKAGES

Our full transformation packages are tailored to your land and your goals. First, we’ll visit your property and discuss your goals. Then, we’ll quote you based on the services required for your project.

TRAIL SYSTEMS

Providing trail clearing services in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We create beautiful, thriving trail systems throughout your property from clearing to planting.

FOOD PLOTS

We create fertile food plots on your property by clearing the area, and testing and enhancing the soil so plants have all the nutrients they need. Want the best food plots for deer? We do that too.

LAND CLEARING

Looking for a land clearing company in Minnesota or Wisconsin? We clear land quickly and responsibly from tilling and stump grinding services to root raking and rock removal for landowners. We’re careful of the wildlife habitats around us while we work.

PLANTING

We plant perennial trails and flood plots for you and your family, and wildlife habitat creation and enhancement.

ONGOING SERVICE

Our ongoing service programs are purposefully designed to keep trails and food plots clear and healthy for your use and enjoyment all year. We offer two ongoing TLM (Tender Loving Maintenance) programs for you to choose from:

We Don’t Just Clear Land,
We Transform It

We Don’t Just Clear Land, We Transform It

Unlike single-track construction companies that clear land and pack up shop, we holistically transform properties, being mindful of native plants and animals. We protect and build natural ecosystems so you can enjoy your property alongside the diverse wildlife that thrives there.

WE’RE HARDWORKING & THOROUGH

We transform properties quickly and eciently so you can start enjoying your land in days, not weeks.

WE’RE AFFORDABLE

Not everyone has the time or money to DIY their land transformations. We do it for you without the hefty price tag.

WE PRESERVE NATIVE WILDLIFE

We protect the diverse crops and creatures that call your property home.

WE SET YOU UP FOR HUNTING SEASON

We know the patterns of deer and turkey and can help turn your property into a habitat they’ll want to stay in all year.

WE PROVIDE ONGOING TLM

We keep trails and food plots clearly defined so you can enjoy your land without worrying about the upkeep.

See the Transformations for Yourself.
